  • Security Council Resolution 2253 (2015): paragraphs 77 and 78

II. Who is entitled to submit post de-listing communications or communications regarding mistaken identities?

  • individuals who have been removed from the ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions List
  • individuals claiming to have been subjected to the ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida sanctions measures as a result of false or mistaken identification or confusion with individuals included on the ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions List
