Reiterates that the measures set forth in paragraph 1 of resolution 1807 (2008) - namely the arms embargo - continue to apply to all non-governmental entities and individuals operating in the territory of the DRC; Decides that the notification requirements set out in paragraph 5 of resolution 1807 (2008) shall no longer apply; and Requests the Government of DRC to provide a confidential report to the Security Council no later than 31 May 2023 detailing its efforts to ensure the safe and effective management, storage, marking, monitoring and security of the national stockpiles of weapons and ammunition, as well as efforts to fight arms trafficking and diversion.
