TPA Services

The TPAs provide administrative services only which include:

  • Process claims by following and applying the plan rules
  • Provide plan participants with ID cards
  • Respond to inquiries from plan participants
  • Provide a medical network of health care providers that offer both physical and visual consultations

When to reach out to your TPA

We encourage you to reach out to your respective TPA in case you have any questions or concerns related to:

  • Claim processing
  • Coverage details
  • Guarantees of payments and pre-certifications
  • ID Cards
  • Issues related to fraud, waste or abuse
