Dear everyone,
On behalf of the AFICS/NY Governing Board, I wish to take this opportunity to thank all of you who attended the 2023 AFICS/NY Annual Assembly, held on 18 May, whether in-person or on-line.
Thank you all for your great engagement in the event and the many questions you posed to our colleagues who came to talk to us about a number of the key issues and concerns we all have.
The reception held after the Assembly was a great event attended by many serving staff and retirees. It was held in our new premises located on the 4th floor of 801, East 45 Street in the building known as the UNITAR Building. It was really wonderful to see so many friends and colleagues.

Also posted on our website are the results of the AFICS/NY Governing Board elections, for the period of 2023 to 2026, which were announced at the Annual Assembly. Once again warmest congratulations to those elected to the Governing Board: Steven Avedon, Furio De Tomassi, Pilar Fuentes Conte, Jay Pozenel, Vera Rajic and Gulden Turkoz-Cosslett.
