Run, bike, or walk with us — as we celebrate the UN’s anniversary and recognize its tireless efforts to create a world in which everyone thrives in peace, dignity, and equality on a healthy planet.
This event is virtual, which means you may complete it at any time between October 10th and October 24th (United Nations Day), anywhere in the world. You can choose between two distances: 5K and 10K.
Don’t forget to share a photo of yourself on social media completing the race, using the hashtags #UNDay, #USAforUN, and #UNDayRun!
The event is sponsored by the United Nations Association of New York and proceeds will go towards supporting our work and mission.

All registrants will receive a custom UN Day 5K/10K Medal.* In addition to a custom medal, you have the option to purchase a unique UN Day Run shirt during registration. This will be the only option to get this one-of-a-kind shirt, so don't forget to select your size when registering!

We are excited that the PRunners, a group of ambassadors and senior UN staff united by their love of running, will once again join our virtual event. The PRunners will run on Saturday, October 23 in Central Park. If you would like to run with them, please stay tuned for details!
