Assistance for enrolling in the Digital Certificate of Entitlement
To all AFICS/NY members:
AFICS/NY in collaboration with the UNJSPF has arranged for two group help sessions for those interested in receiving assistance for enrolling in the Digital Certificate of Entitlement. One will be an online session scheduled for 2 May and the other is in-person scheduled for 3 May. Both sessions will be limited to twenty participants and there is a link which you will find below to register for the session you chose.
In advance of either help session you should download the APP in your phone and follow the step-by-step guide that we have attached to this email for your information.
- For Android users, the app can be found on Google Play Store as “UNJSPF Digital Certificate of Entitlement”;
- for iOS (iPhone or iPad) the app can be found on Apple App Store as “UNJSPF Digital CE”.
You will need a government-issued ID and your UNJSPF Unique Identification Number (UID) during the enrollment process.
- If you don’t know your UID, you can request for it by writing an email to requestUIDonly@unjspf.org
If you choose the Digital CE option, you will not need to return any paper and will be required to verify your biometrics annually through your phone. Please note that this is just an option which means that the paper option is still available should you want to continue with that instead or return to it later after having tried the DCE option.
