Dear AFICS/NY Members,
We are pleased to inform you that our 2025 Annual Assembly will take place on Thursday 22 May 2025, 3-6 pm NY time in the UNHQ NY Conference Building, Conference Room 2 (entrance at Vienna Cafe 1B level). A reception will follow the meeting.
Meanwhile, please check whether your UNHQ NY Grounds Pass is still valid to access the premises. You can obtain or renew your Retirees' Grounds Pass from the Pass and ID Office located at 320 E 45th Street, Ground Floor, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (tel: 212-963-7533).
