Survey from Joint Inspection Unit (JIU)

Dear Fellow Members,

We are forwarding you the email below which has been sent to all health insurance plan participants by the UN Health and Life Insurance Section requesting completion of a survey from Joint Inspection Unit (JIU).   The survey has been sent to all health insurance participants for whom HLIS has an email address.

 Dear Health Insurance Plan Participant,

 The Joint Inspection Unit (JIU) of the United Nations System is inviting active staff and retirees of its 28 participating organizations to provide feedback on the service quality of their organization-funded health insurance scheme(s).

 The survey is part of JIU’s review that is aimed to identify good practices and potential areas for improvement to enhance the quality, efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of UN health insurance schemes for staff and retirees.

 This anonymous survey is available in English, French and Spanish and open for feedback until 31 May 2023.
