Following discussions held last week between the Director of UNRWA Affairs in Lebanon, Dorothee Klaus, Chief Area Officer/Saida, Ibrahim ElKhatib and health staff of Ein El Hilweh camp, UNRWA opened today an emergency clinic in Al Sakhra School in Saida.
This initiative aims to meet the healthcare needs of Palestine refugees from Ein El Hilweh camp in light of the recent clashes, particularly considering the ongoing closure of Health Centre I.
The clinic’s services will encompass medical consultations, hospital referrals, and medication provision for patients. The clinic will not be administering vaccinations.
The clinic opens from 7:30 AM to 2:45 PM, Monday through Friday.
