The following communication, concerning the formation of militias in Palestine, has been received from Mr. Fletcher-Cooke of the United Kingdom Delegation.

My dear Ralph,
May I refer to your letter of the 10th March in which you communicated to me the views of the Commission on certain observations made in my letter of the 27th February relating to the proposed formation of militias in Palestine.
2. I have now received a telegram from Jerusalem informing me that the supplementary information requested by the Commission in paragraphs 2 (a) and 2 (b), Mad. 4, of your letter under reference has been supplied to Colonel Rocher Lund, of the Secretariat advance party In Jerusalem, by the Government of Palestine.
