The programme supported the rapid and sustainable recovery of conflict-affected populations and their communities in the Lango sub-region in northern Uganda. The programme facilitated the resettlement and recovery of returnees through improvements in physical infrastructure, livelihoods, access to basic services, peacebuilding and conflict resolution. -

With an emphasis on displaced and impoverished women of reproductive age, the objective of the programme was to increase the quality of and access to reproductive health services in the Gulu District.
