Meeting on the implementation of the UNSCR 1540 (2004) in Ecuador and drafting of its National Implementation Action Plan (NAP), organized by the Inter-American Committee Against Terrorism (CICTE) of the Organization of American States (OAS) with the collaboration of the UN Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA) and the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
