CDP member Jose Antonio Ocampo gave the 18th Raúl Prebisch Lecture at UNCTAD. Prof. Ocampo provided an overview of development debates in historical perspective, including highlighting the contributions of current and past CDP members, and addressed numerous current issues in development policy.
