The Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Mr. Hissein Brahim Taha, received at the headquarters of the OIC General Secretariat on Sunday, 12 June 2022, Ambassador Mahmoud Al-Asadi, the Consul General of the State of Palestine, in order to exchange views on developments in Palestine, especially in the occupied city of Al-Quds, and the serious Israeli violations against the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
During the meeting, the OIC Secretary-General stressed that the issue of Palestine and Al-Quds is the central issue on the agenda of the OIC since its inception, and it is still at the forefront of the interests and political moves of the OIC with international actors.
