Official communiqué of the 4233rd meeting of the Security Council

Held in private in the Security Council Chamber at

Headquarters, New York, on Monday, 27 November 2000, at 3.30 p.m.

At its 4233rd meeting, held in private on 27 November 2000, the Security Council considered the item entitled “The situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian Question”.

In accordance with the understanding reached in the Council’s prior consultations, the Security Council met with the Ministerial Committee of the Organization of the Islamic Conference.

The members of the Council and the Ministerial Committee had a constructive discussion.
