LETTER DATED 21 JANUARY 1986 FROM THE PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVE
OF THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES TO THE UNITED NATIONS
ADDRESSED TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITY COUNCIL
In my capacity as Chairman of the Arab Group for the month of January 1986, I have the honour to request that, during the Council's discussion of the item at present on its agenda: "The situation in the occupied Arab territories", the Security Council extend an invitation under rule 39 of its provisional rules of procedure to Mr. Samir Mansouri, Acting Permanent Observer of the League of Arab States to the United Nations.
