I have the honour to request that the Security Council extend an invitation to Mr. Zehdi Terzi, Permanent Observer of the Palestine Liberation Organization to the United Nations, to participate in the deliberations of the Security Council on the item "The situation in the Middle East", in accordance with the Council's usual practice.
