I have the honour to request that the Security Council invite to Mr. Ahmet Engin Ansay, Permanent Observer of the Organization of the Islamic Conference to the United Nations, to address the Council under rule 39 of its provisional rules of procedures in connection with the item entitled "The situation in the occupied Arab territories".
