Feryal Adel Almuharraqi, is an Adviser working for the Sustainable Development Team in the Office of the 76th President of the General Assembly. Within the Sustainable Development Team, Feryal is responsible for sports and development; children, women in development; water and sanitation; youth in SDGs; education; and is the focal point for Land Locked Developing Countries.

Seconded to the Office of the President of the General Assembly by the Permanent Mission of Bahrain to the United Nations, Feryal joined the Bahrain Foreign Service in 2017.

At the Ministry, Feryal works as Second Secretary at the European Affairs Sector handling bilateral dossiers, and was responsible for analyzing political trends, preparing, and participating in bilateral consultations meetings, as well as contributing to the preparation of high-level official visits.

Feryal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bahrain Polytechnic.

She is passionate about creating change. Her interests include reading and traveling.
