Cate Twining-Ward is an intern working closely on the environment and climate portfolios for the sustainable development team. She is a graduate of the George Washington University, with a degree in Environmental Studies and Sustainability. She is currently pursuing two independent research projects on wildlife conservation in Kibale National Park, Uganda.
Cate has three years’ experience as a senior correspondent for an environmental journalism organization, where she has published over ten solution-orientated articles about environmental issues. Cate has also been several times to Sierra Leone, where she developed an environmental education curriculum and worked on local conservation initiatives.
