Meeting between President of General Assembly and H.E Ms. Doma Tshering, Permanent Representative of Bhutan to the U.N

The President of the 76th session of the General Assembly, H.E. Mr. Abdulla Shahid, met today with H.E Ms. Doma Tshering, Permanent Representative of Bhutan who pledged the continued support of Bhutan to the Presidency of Hope.

The President and the Permanent Representative discussed issues of priority such as LDCs, civil society engagement at the United Nations, and sustainable development.

The President met the Permanent Representative in his office at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
