The programme brought together Government ministries, national mine action authorities, UN agencies, and landmine victims to develop the National Strategic Framework for Victim Assistance in order to comprehensively assess and respond to the multiple needs of previously unreached communities affected by landmines and explosive remnants of war (ERWs).
