CORRECTIONS
In Press Release SC/6270 of 27 September, in the fifth full paragraph on page 10, the name should read ALFREDO LOPES CABRAL.
In the first full paragraph on page 19, the speaker for Turkey should read HUSEYIN E. CELEM (Turkey).
The third paragraph on page 24 should read:
FERNANDO BERROCAL SOTO (Costa Rica) said that the curse of peace ran through agreement, which was why his country had been disturbed at the violence of the events that had recently taken place. They did not contribute to creating the climate necessary for implementing the agreements initially arrived at in Oslo. He urged all parties to take every measure to protect the safety and security of the people in the troubled areas.
