THE SECURITY COUNCIL CONCERNING THE DEMILITARISATION

OF JERUSALEM

In accordance with Article 31 of the Charter and Rule 37 of the Provisional Rules of Procedure of the Security Council, I have the honour to request that the Representative of Israel be permitted to participate without vote in any discussion held by the Security Council on the subject of the demilitarisation of Jerusalem.
