The two states emphasize the centrality of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. They emphasize that this conflict should be resolved on the basis of a two-state solution, and that a final settlement be resolved in accordance with the Arab Peace Initiative, the Middle East Roadmap and UN Security Council Resolutions, as keys to resolving the most important regional crises that threaten the security and stability of the region, and to eliminating extremism and terrorism.
