25 Ways to Help Palestine Refugees
From "adopting" a patient with a chronic illness in Lebanon to helping feed a class of schoolchildren in Gaza, there are many ways you can help support UNRWA and the Palestine refugees we serve.
25 ways to help Palestine refugees
UNRWA depends on the generous and regular contributions of governments, humanitarian organisations and the public for our day-to-day operations.
Increased Needs
In the last few years, donations have not increased sufficiently to keep pace with inflation and a growing refugee population. The Agency has been forced to cut back on its basic services.
Our average annual spending for each refugee has fallen from about $200 in 1975 to around $110 today.
Nevertheless, our commitment to Palestine refugees remains steady and we will continue to serve them until a just solution to their plight is reached.
In "25 ways to help Palestine refugees", find out how you can help support the refugees in Gaza, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria or the West Bank. They depend on us; we depend on you.
