Ihsanoglu condemns Israel’s decision to declare Gaza ‘hostile’ and warns against its consequences
The Secretary General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, Prof. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, who is in Washington DC, condemned Israel’s decision to declare Gaza as ‘hostile entity’, and its intention to continue its unjust measures against the Palestinian population in Gaza. The Secretary General also considered the Israeli decision and measures oppressive and constitute violation of the International Law, collective punishment and persistence in the aggression against the Palestinian people.
The Secretary General, moreover, warned against the consequences of this Israeli unjust decision. He called upon Palestinian factions to resume national dialogue and to unite in order to face this decision and the continued aggression against the Palestinian people.
