I have the honour to request that, in accordance with its previous practice, the Security Council invite the Chargé d’affaires a.i. of the Permanent Observer Mission of Palestine to the United Nations to participate in the meeting of the Council to be held today, Thursday, 21 February 2002, regarding the situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including Jerusalem.
