OF BAHRAIN TO THE UNITED NATIONS ADDRESSED TO THE PRESIDENT

OF THE SECURITY COUNCIL

I have the honour to request the Security Council to extend an invitation, under rule 39 of the provisional rules of procedure of the Security Council, to Mr. Ali Al-Salafi, Chargé d'affaires, a.i. of the Office of the Permanent Observer for the League of Arab States to the United Nations, to participate in the formal open debate of the Security Council on the situation in the occupied Arab territories, which will take place on Tuesday, 30 June 1998.
