I have the honour to request that the Security Council extend an invitation to His Excellency Mr. Farouk Kaddoumi, Head of the Political Department and Member of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, in accordance with the Council's past practice, in connection with the Council's consideration of the item "The Middle East problem including the Palestinian question".
