UN DISPUTE TRIBUNAL E-FILING
HOW E-FILING WORKS
1. PREPARE YOUR UN DISPUTE TRIBUNAL SUBMISSION
Download and fill out the relevant UN Dispute Tribunal application form.
Allow the time necessary to prepare and organize your submission well in advance of filing your submission through the e-filing portal.
If you are a self-represented litigant, you might find this tool kit useful.
2. CREATE AND ACTIVATE AN E-FILING ACCOUNT
Fill in and submit the online account request form.
ACTIVATE THE ACCOUNTUpon submitting your account request, you will receive an account activation email from email@example.com. To activate your e-filing account, click on the link contained within the email. Once you have clicked on the activation link, wait for a second email to arrive confirming the activation. Once you have received this confirmation email the account is ready to be used.
IF YOU ENCOUNTER PROBLEMSIf you did not receive these emails, check the spam/junk mail folder. You will not be able to use your account until you activate it.
Add firstname.lastname@example.org and eFiling-DoNotReply@un.org to your address book or safe-list to ensure that the activation e-mail and other notifications from the e-filing portal will not be blocked by your spam filter (this is known to occur with hotmail and yahoo email accounts).
If you forgot your password, you can reset your password.
Contact email@example.com if you encounter technical problems.
3. LOGIN TO THE E-FILING PORTAL
Once you have activated your e-filing account, you can log in to the e-filing portal available at: https://efilinginternaljustice.un.org.
