Annexes should only contain copies of original documentation (letters, correspondence etc.) and not additional submissions. For more information see UNAT’s Practice Direction No. 1.

SIGNATURE

Parties must sign all their filings. Filings that do not comply with the prescribed format may be returned to the filing party.

FILING YOUR SUBMISSION:

Appeals and all related filings should be submitted through the e-filing portal. The e-filing system will subsequently allow parties to receive notifications by e-mail and have easy access to the case file. Only if a party is unable to make a filing through the e-filing portal, it may file its submissions with the Registry by e-mail (e-mail address: UNAT1@un.org) or by hand, post, pouch, or other means.
