This page contains a list of scheduled formal openings of sealed bids or proposals conducted by the United Nations Procurement Division (UN/PD).

Only companies that have submitted a bid or proposal for a given solicitation exercise may send a representative to attend the respective tender opening in UN/PD’s offices. Trade representatives from national missions to the United Nations are also permitted to attend the opening on behalf of a participating company.

During formal openings for bids received in response to Invitations to Bid (ITB), the name of each bidding company and the bid prices will be announced along with any relevant terms & conditions associated with the bid.

During formal openings of proposals received in response to Requests for Proposals (RFP), only the name of each bidding company will be announced since price is only one of several factors considered during the evaluation of Proposals.

Unsuccessful bidders with questions about the contract award (contract value and name of successful vendor) are invited to consult the Awards section of the UNPD website. Bidders also have the option of requesting a formal post award debriefing.
