On 2 November 2017, the UN Committee on Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People (CEIRPP) hosted a lecture by Professor Rashid Khalidi, the Edward Said Professor of Modern Arab Studies at Columbia University and director of the Middle East Institute of Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs, on the Balfour Declaration and the impact it has had on the Palestinian people.
