Israeli jets violate Blue Line:

PRSG reiterates call for halt to overflights

Beirut, 19 December 2001 (UN Information Centre) – Three air violations, involving 2 Israeli jets and two drones, took place across the Blue Line and into Lebanese airspace on 18 December .

The Personal Representative of the Secretary-General for southern Lebanon (PRSG), Mr. Staffan de Mistura, calls upon the Israeli authorities to cease such air violations and to fully respect the Blue Line.
