– Corrigendum –

In the third paragraph on page 2 of Annex 1 (letter from the Permanent Mission of the Syrian Arab Republic), replace the second and third sentences with the following:

"If Iran is part of the Middle East, how could it be allowed that its neighbour Pakistan acquire nuclear weapons? And if Iraq belongs to the Middle East, how can it be accepted that Turkey has nuclear weapons in its military bases?"
