United Arab Emirates and Yemen:  amendments to draft

resolution A/52/L.62

1. In preambular paragraph 3, add the following after "22 October 1973":  "and 425 (1978) of 19 March 1978".

2. In operative paragraph 4, add the following word between "their" and "obligations":  "contractual".

3. In operative paragraph 5, add the following after "any unilateral actions":  "on the ground".

4. In operative paragraph 6, add the following after "agreed basis":  "including the principle of land for peace, embodied in Security Council resolutions 242 (1967) and 338 (1973)".
