The Human Rights Council,

Recalling that the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967 appointed in compliance with Commission on Human Rights resolution 1993/2 of 19 February 1993 has been established until the end of the Israeli occupation,

Gravely concerned that the Palestinian people continue to suffer from the Israeli occupation and its gross violations of human rights,

Decides that the mandate of the Special Rapporteur is until the end of the Israeli occupation.
