FIFTH COMMITTEE
I don’t have much for you today.
I think the question you’re all wondering about is the Fifth Committee.
Informal consultations of the Fifth Committee followed by plenary meeting are scheduled for tomorrow, 22 December.
That means, if all goes as planned, that the General Assembly will have a formal plenary on Friday. But that is speculation at this point.
BRIEFINGS
And in terms of a schedule for briefings, you heard from Stephane that there will not be any briefings next week.
In addition, I will likely not brief the first week in January – until Monday, 9 January.
