Mr. Raffi Gregorian
Deputy to the Under-Secretary-General and Director, United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism
Director and Deputy to the Under-Secretary-General at United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT). More than 30 years' civilian, military, and academic experience in U.S. and international leadership and management positions related to peacemaking, peacekeeping, peace enforcement, post-conflict stabilization, counter-insurgency, counter-terrorism (CT), and countering violent extremism (CVE). Currently responsible for developing, directing, coordinating, implementing, and managing UN CT and CVE policy, engagement and capacity building with Member States, regional and international organizations, and civil society.

Ms. Oguljeren Niyazberdiyeva
Chief, Office of the Under-Secretary-General, United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism
Ms. Niyazberdiyeva is the Chief of the Office of the Under-Secretary-General for Counter-Terrorism. Ms. Niyazberdiyeva is responsible for resource mobilization, strategic communications, programme evaluation, and providing front office support to the USG for Counter-Terrorism, contributing to UNOCT's vision to bring together diverse partners to foster connections, build consensus and galvanize the power of multilateralism against terrorism.

Mr. Philippe Vansteenkiste
Victim of Terrorism, Belgium
On the 22 March 2016, three coordinated suicide bombings occurred in Belgium. Philippe Vansteenkiste's sister, Fabienne, died during the attack at the airport. Following these attacks and their loss, Philippe Vansteenkiste decided to create the V-Europe association to defend the rights of victims of terrorism in Belgium and to contribute to the progress of the situation in the country. Mr. Vansteenkiste was its director, heading this international non-profit organization that seeks to defend the rights of victims of terrorism in Belgium.

Ms. Soad Begdouri El-Khammal
Victim of Terrorism, Morocco
Ms. Begdouri lost her husband and son in the terrorist attacks of 16 May 2003 in Casablanca, Morocco. She is President and founder of the Moroccan Association of Victims of Terrorism since 2011, which provides support to victims of terrorism, commemorations in memory of the victims, and raises awareness on the danger of terrorism and the consecration of the culture of peace. She is also the President and founder of the Association of Victims of May 16 created in 2003. Ms. Begdouri is also a founding member of the International Federation of Associations of Victims of Terrorism based in Paris. She was a high school teacher until she retired in 2005.

Mr. Sudirman Talib
Victim of Terrorism, Indonesia
Mr. Sudirman Talib is a survivor of the attack on the Australian Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia on 9 September 2004. He lost his left eye and suffered serious injuries to his head, hands and legs, and needs to take medication for the rest of his life. He is a Board Member of Yayasan Penyintas Indonesia (Survivors Foundation Indonesia) and works to campaign for peace in Indonesia and the world. He is an ambassador of peace, and has visited more than 20 schools, 10 cities, and 5 prisons to educate people on collaborating to stop extremism, radicalisation and terrorism.

Laura Dolci, Italian, has over 25 years of experience with the United Nations, including in human rights, peace-keeping and managing victim-centered UN voluntary trust funds. On 19 August 2003, Laura lost her husband, Jean-Selim Kanaan, in the terrorist attack against the UN Headquarters in Baghdad that killed 22 UN personnel and injured more than
