Note to correspondents in response to questions on the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea

In response to earlier questions about the visit of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), the Spokesman has the following to say:

On the margins of the High-level Signature Ceremony for Paris Agreement, the Secretary-General and H.E. Mr. Ri Su Yong, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, exchanged greetings with each other.

The Secretary-General briefly spoke about UN-DPRK relations, including the importance of concerted action on climate change.
