Reports, summaries and outcome documents transmitted by the President to the membership for information or for action.

The eighty-first session opened on 8 September 2026. The first letters of the session follow within days of the opening, and a session normally produces around two hundred and fifty. Each is posted here with its date, its subject and a PDF of the signed original.

Letters of the eightieth session remain available on the site of the outgoing presidency. Resolutions, decisions and official records are issued by the Secretariat and are searchable in the Official Document System.
