The Group of LLDCs, currently chaired by Botswana, actively promotes and protects LLDCs’ interests in implementing the Vienna Programme of Action, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and other relevant development agendas and decisions as well as in COVID-19 recovery. The Chair coordinates and convenes the LLDC Group to develop common positions and advocates on behalf of the Group in intergovernmental and non-governmental processes and other international fora.
