Letter dated 21 March 2000 from the Chargé d’affaires a.i. of the Permanent Mission of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya to the United Nations addressed to the President of the Security Council

With reference to paragraph 12 of the summary statement by the Secretary-General on matters of which the Security Council is seized and on the stage reached in their consideration (S/2000/40), I have the honour to inform you that the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya wishes to have the items set forth hereunder retained on the list of matters of which the Council is seized.
