THE SECURITY COUNCIL IS SEIZED AND OF THE STAGE REACHED
IN THEIR CONSIDERATION
Pursuant to rule 11 of the provisional rules of procedure of the Security Council, I submit the following statement of matters of which the Security Council is seized and of the stage reached in their consideration on 23 April 1949.

The United Nations Conciliation Commission for Palestine submitted its Second Progress Report to the Security Council by letter dated 19 April 1949 from the Secretary-General to the President of the Security Council (documents S/1310 and A/838).
