On behalf of the Chairman of the Coordinating Bureau of the Non-Aligned Movement, I have the honour to refer to the letter dated 12 July 2004 addressed to you by H.R.H. Prince Zeid Ra’ad Zeid Al-Hussein, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the United Nations, in his capacity as Chairman of the Arab Group for the month of July 2004 and on behalf of the States members of the League of Arab States. I have the further honour to convey to you the support of the Non-Aligned Movement for the request of the Arab Group to resume the meetings of the tenth emergency special session of the General Assembly in order to consider the Advisory Opinion of the International Court of Justice of 9 July 2004 on the Legal Consequences of the Construction of a Wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
