In my capacity as Chairman of the African Group for the month of September, I have the honour to request an invitation for Ambassador Amadou Ké bé, Permanent Observer of the African Union to the United Nations, to intervene in the debate on the situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian question, in the Security Council.
