Separation wall – NAM request for resumption of GA 10th emergency special session – Letter from Malaysia

Letter dated 3 December 2003 from the Permanent Representative of Malaysia to the United Nations addressed to the President of the General Assembly 

  In my capacity as Chairman of the Coordinating Bureau of the Non-Aligned Movement, I have the honour to refer to the letter dated 1 December 2003 (A/ES-10/249), addressed to you, from Mr. Mansour Ayyad Sh. A. Al-Otaibi, Chargé d’affaires a.i. of the Permanent Mission of Kuwait to the United Nations, in his capacity as Chairman of the Arab Group for the month of December 2003 and on behalf of the States members of the League of Arab States. I have the further honour to convey to you the support of the Non-Aligned Movement for the request of the Arab Group to resume the meeting of the tenth emergency special session of the General Assembly in order to address the issue of the expansionist wall being constructed by Israel, the occupying Power, in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, following the issuance of the report of the Secretary-General (A/ES-10/248 of 24 November 2003) prepared pursuant to Assembly resolution ES-10/13.
