Readout of the Secretary-General’s meeting with H.E. Mr. Alpha Condé, President of the Republic of Guinea

The Secretary-General met today with H.E. Mr. Alpha Condé, President of the Republic of Guinea. They discussed United Nations support to Guinea to contain the spread of Ebola, stem the crisis and save lives. They also discussed the importance of African unity to combat climate change and to promote the Post-2015 Development Agenda.
