Read-out of the Secretary-General's meeting with H.E. Mr. Viktor Yanukovych, President of Ukraine, on the margins of the 65th General Assembly

They discussed a range of issues, including the Millennium Development Goals, disarmament, the 25th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster, and the United Nations Country Team's activities in Ukraine. The Secretary-General expressed his hope that Ukraine will be able to provide additional assets in support of UN peacekeeping operations.
